Returns
It is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with your M&A purchase so we have tried to make this process as simple as possible!
Simply email enquiries@modeandaffaire.com to notify us of your Name, Order Number and the garment you would like to return.
Policy
If you decide your original order is not for you for any reason, we will accept a return of any full priced item given the following conditions;
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery with original proof of purchase. Please carefully package up your new, unworn garment in its original M&A packaging and with all tags attached. Please send through tracking details for your goods.
- Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. M&A does not cover any return postage costs unless the garment is faulty. Please use a service with tracking so we can follow your delivery; M&A cannot be liable to refund any items that go missing in the post.
- We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once it has been processed.
Important note: Custom orders or made-to-measure orders are not available for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns on sale items or items part of a promotional offer and will not be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
Exchanges
Upon delivery, if you wish to exchange your original item for another item we can offer you a credit note for the rrp amount of the original purchase minus shipping to put toward another order given the following conditions;
- Email to enquiries@modeandaffaire.com listing your contact details, order number, the item you wish to return & whether you would like to exchange/return/credit along with the reason. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery with original proof of purchase. Please carefully package up your new, unworn garment in its original M&A packaging and with all tags attached. Please send through tracking details for your goods.
- Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. M&A does not cover any return postage costs unless the garment is faulty. Please use a service with tracking so we can follow your delivery; M&A cannot be liable to refund any items that go missing in the post.
- M&A will happily cover postage for the re-sending of the exchanged garment, but not for the cost of the delivery back to our studio. Please do not send your garment back without emailing us first, as this may lead to your return not being correctly processed.
Note: The shipment schedule of the new item will depend on whether or not the size and style are currently in stock or available on backorder. Once the purchase process is completed through the website using the credit amount, and the returned item has been delivered to our studio, you will be notified of the delivery schedule for your replacement item. We will only accommodate exchanges for the same order a maximum of two times.
Courier Pick-up for Returns & Exchanges
For your convenience, we can happily arrange creating return labels and pick-up with the courier service who delivered your parcel for a flat-fee of $27.50. Available within Australia only.

Duties & Taxes
M&A will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to M&A, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes.
